Half the time it only works when it feels like it. I’ll open it before a shift and the main screen won’t even load, just sits there forever. For something that’s supposed to be reliable for scheduling, that’s a pretty big problem. The app is also super buggy. Buttons don’t respond, schedules don’t refresh properly, and sometimes it logs me out randomly for no reason. It feels like every update (when they actually happen) just brings new issues instead of fixing anything. Speaking of updates — there barely are any. It feels like the app has been stuck in the same broken state for years with little to no improvement. Overall, it’s unreliable, outdated, and way more stressful than it should be just to check a work schedule.
