What I like most about the app is that it puts a large amount of important legal information in one place, making it easier to quickly find the information I need while working in the field. The Texas Penal Code, Health and Safety Code, Transportation Code, Houston municipal ordinances, case law, and DWI investigation resources are all valuable tools for an officer. I especially like the fact that the app is designed for field use rather than feeling like a complicated legal textbook. Being able to quickly look up an offense, review the required elements, check applicable penalties, or research a case-law decision could be extremely helpful during a shift. I also think the offline capability is a major benefit.
