Just got a new phone and tried to log in via Facebook as this was the platform I originally used. Won’t logging and it started me from the beginning. All progress has been lost. Won’t be playing anymore unless this is fixed. Sucks because I enjoyed playing but I’m not starting over. ### 2/5 — TX Poker *2026-06-29, version 2.35.0* Game has not been functioning properly for two or three months now. And I think I’m at least an average player. Yet in my last 20 games I finished in the chips zero times. As in none. I don’t know what’s going on here. So I’ll give the app 3 stars, and just move on. Not to sure I’ll continue to play this game ### 1/5 — Bots playing *2025-11-27, version 2.35.0* Why? I sat with 8 Bots and had to wait for all 8 to time out to fold. Glad I never have put money into this game and just come on daily to collect the free money just to log out for like the last 8 years. But I feel your response to others about losing real money is a true concern. How do you make it right for the future customers who look at reviews? Saying best regards we are trying to make everyone happy are just putting bandaids on open wounds. Good luck to you. It’s the best poker app that I’ve seen, actually. But then I reached the end of the long reward sequence. I was promised five days of VIP status. That’s a big deal, chip-wise. I got one day. Is that correct, even though it says +5 days? This is the second edit of my original 5-star review. The seemingly unfair reward sequence caused me to drop a star. ### 3/5 — Didn’t deliver *2025-11-12, version 2.35.0* I originally rated this app 5 stars. There was a lot to like about it. The best poker app that I’ve seen, actually. But then I reached the end of the long reward sequence. I was promised five days of VIP status. That’s a big deal, chip-wise. I got one day. Then the whole thing reset. Did I click on some button a minute too late? I don’t like to be misled. It’s easy to get to a table. You don’t have to click through a ton of “special offer” screens first. You can choose between 5 and 9 player games. You can also choose between fast and normal games. I like that flexibility. 2. It’s easy to get free chips. Yes, you can buy chips. But you really don’t have to. 3. There’s no complicated goofiness here. That’s quite unlike the iPad’s WSOP poker game. In one WSOP tournament I won 500 hats (not kidding). I still have no idea what that means. 4. Many of these poker apps have players who go all-in on every hand. That makes it less like poker, and more like bingo. I haven’t seen much of that here. **Developer response:** Hello Zachary!
