It always connected to bluetooth on the app and changed colors like I wanted. Recently at the ASM concert, it couldn’t connect to anything. Concert mode nor self mode would work. I had to go to the pairing booths and luckily it worked. Today, when I tried to use self mode, it wouldn’t work. It kept on saying “Failed to connect” or “Light stick not found”. My bluetooth and GPS was enabled so why wouldn’t it work? Please tell me I’m not the only one and if I’m not then please fix it. After I connected to self mode, now I downloaded the 2nd app and it’s not connecting. Download the TXT Official Lightsick Ver.2 and it should work. Back then I could not get it to pair and had no time to ask a booth for help before the concert so I didn’t get to use it the way it was meant to. It will connect to my iPad and other devices just fine but it won’t connect to my phone, even a year later. I am very sad. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Connect lightstick *2024-05-20* A lot of y’all are struggling to connect your lightstick and I had that same problem but I found a way to solve it! What I did was turn my lightstick on Bluetooth mode then went to settings and delete “0120IP” from my Bluetooth settings. I also then deleted the app and reinstalled it. After I got back into the app, I went to “Self Mode” and followed the instructions. After that, your lightstick should connect and you should be able to change its color. If you’re going to a concert, download their V2 app to connect to “Concert Mode”. I can’t guarantee this will work for all of you, but it helped me :) ### 5/5 — HOW TO CONNECT LIGHT STICK V 1 *2024-05-14* Okay so I was struggling to connect my V 1 light sick on the app. But I found a video on Tik tok that explained how to connect it. So you’re gonna download both V1 and V2, you’re gonna go into your phones setting go into Bluetooth and delete 0120IP. Once you do that you’re gonna go into V1 app and connect it through the self mode. But the concert mode no longer works on this app. So you’re gonna go to V2 app and connect your light stick through concert mode there. It will ask about your ticket information and it will connect! I had put it away in storage do to me moving and I recently found it again and want to use it but when I went to the app and tried to connect it the app kept saying light stick not found.
