     支持将gbk、unicode、ansi等编码的txt文件文件转换为UTF-8格式的txt文件。
     便于在需要使用utf-8编码的情况下使用。

【说明】
     - 可以在微信、百度云、邮箱等应用中用“其他软件打开”，选择本程序打开txt文件
     - 针对非UTF-8编码的txt，点击即可转为新的UTF-8编码的txt文件
     - 针对UTF-8编码，点击即可调用其他软件打开，便于使用专用软件阅读
     - 支持ansi、gbk、gb2312、unicode、utf-16等转为UTF-8格式

【特别推介和介绍】
     iBunkoS（i文库S）是iPhone上最好用的txt阅读工具之一，可惜对于中文只支持UTF-8，但网上的资源很多不是UTF-8的，此时只能借助电脑来转换编码，非常不便。

     使用此工具可以讲网上的非UTF8的TXT资源转为UTF8的，以便在iBunko中正确阅读。
