When I first signed up it was shown that I was suppose to pay for services from June 2025-June 2026. Somewhere in early May of 2026 they sent me only an email saying that my services will now be on a month-to-month plan. If you're going to switch plan you should at least let the customer know what is the best means of reaching them. During the month of May I was extremely busy setting up moves to a new apartment and I was constantly bombarded with emails from the new apartments and other services for it as well. So it was a very easy thing to miss. If they would've just called me as I preferred, I could've caught this. So, as a result, electricity was running throughout the entire month of July of this year and was slapped with a $220 bill. I called to negotiate and after that call they bumped my bill up to $330. I tried to call and negotiate again, and they told me there was nothing they can do. If they won’t invest here, they won’t invest in your customer experience anywhere. No dark mode app icon. Can’t update payment method. Shows the wrong plan on My Energy. Can’t even show me my correct plan. Are you serious rn! It don’t even fill the full iPhone screen on the new bigger iPhones. The most basic app stuff. And I’ve had to change my username and password multiple times, due to the app losing the communication/info.
