## What is TY Token?

TY Token is an innovative employee recognition and rewards system designed to enhance workplace culture by fostering appreciation and motivation. Through the app, employees can earn TY Token, a redeemable digital currency, by being recognized for their contributions and achievements.

Employees can earn TY token in two key ways:

Redeeming TY Token :
   Employees can accumulate TY Token and redeem them for various rewards, such as:

     -Office perks
     -Custom company incentives
