## What is TYG Training?

TYG Training workout is uniquely designed with a dual-zone setup, featuring a strength side ("RIG") and a conditioning side ("TURF"). This layout allows both zones to run simultaneously side by side, giving our members the flexibility to choose their next workout based on their specific training needs.
