## What is TYG TV?

TYG TV is the official Apple TV app for The Yard Gym franchise.

This app powers the screens inside each TYG location, delivering real-time workout information for both RIG and TURF sessions. Whether it’s strength on the RIG or conditioning on the TURF, the app keeps members and coaches in sync with the day’s programming.
