So even though i realized ahead of time that i dont have the right amount of money in my bank, because its under maintenance and because its sunday, tomorrow morning i will be charged and charged a fee and theres nothing im able yo do about that . It starts and then nothing happens. I end up typing my username and password to access the app. Never had this problem with the older versions and I don’t have it with any of the other apps I use FaceID on. I just confirmed that I have the latest app version as well. I have even deleted and reloaded the app, turned FaceID off and back on. No resolution. App is down all the time. Makes you go to website the majority of the time. The bank is awesome - for the love of everything upgrade your app. Update. Still the worst app on my phone. Takes forever to get logged in just for it to forward you to the website. And do the same process over and over again. If we have to go to the website why waste your money having an app? At this point I just need to start calling the bank and getting updates and having them do my transfers, balance updates and whatever else I need. You will frequently see complaints on social media and hear from cashiers about how frequently they have issues with Tyndall cards, and that happened to me tonight as well. Unacceptable. It is not user-friendly at all and is lacking in every possible category. This almost made me deposit my money in another bank!! This should be corrected !!!
