### 1/5 — Not worth the download

*2025-08-24*

Exits out as soon as you try to enter the first letter. Don’t bother

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-01-20, version 0.0.3*

Closes down after typing one letter. Waste of time and money. Don’t bother.

### 1/5 — Cool concept except it doesn’t work

*2024-05-19*

There is no audio. And there is nothing wrong with my phone. Paid $1.99 for nothing

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2023-08-08*

Downloaded in august 2023, app doesn’t seem to produce any noise, and the keyboard is considerably smaller than the native IOS keyboard, making it difficult to type at all.

### 1/5 — Agree

*2020-11-01, version 0.0.3*

I have to agree with the previous review. I love the idea. I wrote a HyperCard stack myself which took input text strings and set them to QuickTime MIDI instruments with speed settings and octave changes. A lot of that can be done in GarageBand now.

But this wonderful little idea you have here needs simply, to at least export to MIDI so it can be used and adjusted in a world of other music apps.

### 2/5 — Did I pay for this?

*2020-05-27*

My God, I hope not... It's a cute idea, but very little more than that. No support for external keyboards on the iPad is a deal-breaker for me. I suppose one could do some amusing things with outputting "typatones" that could be integrated into more complex compositions, but... I can't see spending more than maybe one launch and few minutes with this.

### 1/5 — Not happy

*2019-03-07, version 0.0.3*

Want my money back bc purchased app doesn’t give more than free/lite version. And no ‘app support’ link that does anything. No way to connect with anyone. I want to be able to save and use my tones in other applications of my choice not just Facebook or social media. Not happy.

### 2/5 — Nice premise but...

*2018-12-26*

It would have been nicer had the tones been in harmony. I also do not like the fact that it does not work with the iPad external keyboard. You are forced to use the abbreviated onscreen keyboard. It also would have been better if it had a tone manipulator to allow changing of the ting ting sound.

**Developer response:** What kind of iPad are you using? The tones should be in harmony. Great idea to add the external keyboard support. Thanks!

### 3/5 — Has possibilities

*2018-12-26*

This app in enjoyable, but if it would allow for a Bluetooth keyboard I would give it 5 stars!

**Developer response:** Thanks for reviewing! We'll put that on the roadmap for the next version. Are you using an iPad Bluetooth Keyboard for this? I'd be happy to test the specific one you have to make sure it works properly

### 3/5 — Cool but can’t text the message

*2018-12-26*

And the X (close)button is too close to the battery level so can’t close the message.
But cool/ thanks

**Developer response:** We'll change that on the next update. Thanks!
