I have recently become acquainted with your app and am using it, and it has been genuinely useful for me. I appreciate it.

There is only one issue that has arisen for one specific podcast, but I really need it to be resolved. I receive a message indicating that the transcription is complete and ready, but I don't see any transcription for me.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and also provide me with a contact person whom I can reach out to.

I love the typecast app it makes things a whole lot easier.. However, I’m on the fence about subscribing because It would be so easy to just screenshot what’s already been transcribed and print it off.. However, because the background is black and the transcription is white that would use up ALOT of ink.. My suggestion is if you could find a convenient way for you guys to make a “skins option” feature for users so they can choose whether they want a dark mode or a regular or something of the like. I think that would be very beneficial. Besides that, Typecast is probably THE most affordable transcription app on the market and mostly accurate for the value.
