I subscribed to this app because I found the free service to be a great tool for my environmental service position as the assistant director. However, after purchasing the annual subscription, the app stopped working. When I tried to contact someone for support, I couldn't reach anyone. Upon checking the settings, I received a prompt stating that the app is no longer supported in my area or region. This seems like a major scam, and I regret purchasing this software.

Are you certain that this issue is related to our app? We offer a limited free service because we incur costs for using ChatGPT. The app is functioning perfectly and hasn’t been disconnected in any region. Additionally, our support team hasn’t received any similar requests via email.
