It’s fun and informative. Sadly, this version of the game is broken. It has so far frozen in the tutorial level 5 times in a row. Please fix. ### 2/5 — Great game if I could play it! *2022-01-29, version 2.0* I played this game as a kid on my sisters iPad and absolutely adored it, mega fun way to spend my free time and such a whimsical premise. However I am currently experiencing issues after redownloading it in which after collecting my first asterisk the game will not let me advance, very frustrating since I know this is a great game, perhaps the game needs to be updated but it would be really cool to play it again. ### 4/5 — Mostly fun *2021-12-06, version 2.0* Overall it is an entertaining game with a creative landscape of fonts and text. Every once in awhile I’d get stuck and it became down right frustrating. I love a good challenge and made it all the way to book 8, but finally had to quit when I couldn’t get past a part. Maybe I was just missing a simple solution, but reading other reviews, sounds like it’s common for everyone. I can understand making some letters nearly impossible to get for 100% completion, but shouldn’t have this much difficulty on the standard play through with no way to bypass. ### 3/5 — App barely works *2021-10-25, version 2.0* I loved this game when it first came out years ago but now when trying to play it, it freezes and doesn’t work. Leider fängt das Spiel beim ersten Öffnen des Buches an zu flackern und die Steuerung versagt. Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit dies zu beheben, oder wurde der Support eingestellt? Malheureusement je n’ai pas accroché du tout et ai trouvé ce jeu très ennuyant. Sans réelle difficulté, les décors au premier abord très beaux se ressemblent tous et le jeu apporte peu de surprises. ### 4/5 — Wow! *2021-09-12, version 2.0* It’s the first time I’ve ever been disappointed that I beat a game! I wish it was longer. It’s not short, I just wanted more of it to enjoy. Aside from the gameplay, I found the “booklets” interesting too. But then I’ve always had a soft spot for typography. My only beefs are: the type in those booklets is ridiculously tiny on my phone, and the gameplay has some frustratingly difficult sections. Tout ça sur une musique tout aussi lassante, on finit énervé et frustré. Le graphisme est sympa mais on ne l’apprécie même pas. Les passages de lectures sont avec des caractères très petits pas toujours évidents à lire. J’ai fini par abandonner avant la fin de peur d’user ma dalle d’iPhone à force d’appuyer comme un dingue toujours au même endroit ! As soon as the little page opens to read about cave paintings it freezes up. You can touch different areas and hear what's supposed to be happening, but the screen never changes. It's just stuck on cave painting history. Sound effects of pages turning, etc play, but that's it. I literally cannot get past the first tutorial. I grabbed the asterisk, and got to the introduction page, and...stalled. Pages don't turn but I can *hear them move. The right touch no longer moves the periods. The continue button is dead. I've downloaded it, then uploaded it four times.
