Use Tyro Go and the Tyro Go App in conjunction with our other products for seamless business management: • Access same day settlement with the Tyro Bank Account¹ • View transactional insights using the Tyro App and Tyro Portal • Add/delete users in the Tyro Portal • Supports Tyro Tap and Save², Tyro’s version of ‘least-cost routing’, otherwise known as ‘lowest-cost routing’, ‘low-cost routing’, ‘merchant routing’ or ‘smart routing’. Also I bought this for the Odoo integration it never worked. **Developer response:** Hi Toki, the Tyro Go is an EFTPOS card reader that will enable you to accept card transactions using your smart device, via bluetooth. This specific EFTPOS terminal does not offer integration options, you can find the battery level from the reader settings. Every time I use this app it’s forgotten the reader exists and I have to pair them again. Every time. It doesn’t talk to any other apps, even tyro ones, so it really is a bare bones option if you are a merchant. I am unable to even open the app on my iPhone so this is affecting my business big time. And kept saying it was sending a pin or password to my email but nothin happened. Tried to get some support but the bot said it was new and still working things out. If I can’t trust it to get this right I don’t want it handling my money. The eftpos reader needs to be turned off and connected immediately to power after every single transaction or else, it will run out of battery the second you try to take payment from a customer. The app itself randomly logs you out of the user or sometimes crashes while standing at a customers doorstep, which is embarrassing and inconvenient. Previous transactions above a couple weeks or months old do not show in the app for some reason As a former user of Square, I can Tyro needs a lot of improvement. 1. Make the Tyro Go eftpos machine time out and shut off after 5 or 10 mins of inactivity 2. Fix the annoying bug that crashes the app 3. Fix the annoying but that randomly logs you out when the app smells a customers presence 4. Make old transactions appear in the app instead of deleting themselves after 2 weeks. When it’s finally set-up, it keeps disconnecting.
