The customer left with my product before payment was declined. We now use Tyro for a majority of our transactions and have it linked to our tyro back account and the boss uses the tyro BYO App on his iPhone so when he is on a job out of the work shop he could take a wifi eftpos machine with him which we have to have wifi signal for out he uses his phone which the fees might I add are lower than the standard eft fees. It’s also all linked to our WordPress Site which is hosted by Woo Commerce. It just works! We love it. Go Tyro! We have had Square and Stripe as well and were scammed by both of them. We spoke to Tyro about this before signing and they said that would never happen with them. Rang Tyro, response, the machine might have been bumped when delivered and just a matter of time till it broke down.? It’s been working fine for the last 18 months.. Then told, the eftpos terminal is not good, they will send a replacement, should be there by Monday.. this was at 3pm on Wednesday..? 90% of our customers use EFT, not good enough! Not our fault, we spend about $2,000 a month on monthly and merchant fees, we are now preparing for a weekend without a EFT terminal.. We run a golf course with 300+ customers a day, good luck, hopefully they have cash eh!! Surely if this happens on a Wednesday you can have a new terminal to us before the weekend!
