## What is Tysiacha?

The classic Eastern European card game — offline, against smart AI opponents, with honest rules straight from your childhood table.

Tysiacha is the trick-taking game played across Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Belarus and Kazakhstan for generations. Pick up your hand, bid for the kitty, declare marriages for bonus points, and race to 1000 — no internet, no account, no waiting for other players.

What makes this version different? Most card game apps either fake the rules or cheat the AI. Tysiacha uses a rule engine built from scratch and tested against hundreds of edge cases: correct marriage values (hearts 100, diamonds 80, clubs 60, spades 40), proper barrel logic at 880 points, bid penalties when you fall short of your contract. The AI bots play from public information only — they cannot see your cards, ever. A dedicated test suite enforces this at every build.

Inside the Game

- Three table sizes: play against 1, 2 or 3 bots — classic 3-player, 4-player rotation, or 2-player with a silent dummy hand
- Two AI levels: Beginner makes the occasional mistake; Experienced evaluates marriages, manages the kitty discard, and times the trump declaration
- Full bidding phase with configurable step (5 or 10) and minimum bid
- Marriage declarations change the trump suit mid-round — tap your king-queen pair when you lead
- Barrel rule at 880: a player on the barrel must bid and fulfil a contract to cross the finish line
- Round-by-round scorecard showing each player's tricks, marriages, bid result and cumulative total
- Adjustable house rules: obligatory higher card, rounding to 5, barrel threshold, minimum bid
- Dark and light themes, follows system setting by default
- Onboarding for newcomers — 4 steps, skip if you already know the rules
