Gets stuck at the “getting everything ready” screen. Incredibly frustrating. Going to urgent care instead. ### 5/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-03-07, version 8.1.1* This was sold as easy but doesn’t work. No email is sent with a login link. Help email is garbage - probably AI generated - as it includes information in a foreign language and doesn’t make sense. It’s so glitchy that just to use it once required me to restart the app at least 6 times. It kept crashing or getting stuck. The data only downloaded half the time and I had to redo the home exams over and over. It took almost 45 minutes to collect the data needed to start the appointment and the appointment itself lasted only five minutes. If it wasn’t free I would never use it again.
