The device is super easy to use and I can be seen within minutes to be treated without having to waste time and energy going all the way to the doctor in person. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Freezes *2026-07-11, version 8.3.1* Third time recording all the exams only for the app to freeze at the very end when it’s supposed to connect you to a physician. Gets stuck at the “getting everything ready” screen. Incredibly frustrating. Going to urgent care instead. ### 1/5 — Very Glitchy, Difficult and Frustrating to use *2026-03-02* This is one of the worst apps I’ve used. It’s so glitchy that just to use it once required me to restart the app at least 6 times. It kept crashing or getting stuck. The data only downloaded half the time and I had to redo the home exams over and over. It took almost 45 minutes to collect the data needed to start the appointment and the appointment itself lasted only five minutes. If it wasn’t free I would never use it again. It is totally useless. I tried to use it on my sick child, but the device kept on disconnecting from my phone, and every time it did so I had to start over. Spent over an hour trying to get this piece of trash to work before I gave up. Might be a good idea if it actually worked, but it doesn’t. ### 1/5 — Awful company and practices *2024-12-22, version 7.2.0.3* The hospital we purchased this through didn’t maintain the link with TytoCare. Today while trying to use it to check my sick infant’s vitals it updated and removed the ability to even take the basic readings. ### 1/5 — Seems great but doesn’t help me *2024-10-18, version 7.2* My daughter was prescribed a steroid 30 hours ago and the pharmacy has nothing, customer service seems to not be able to help. I like the idea of this but if I can’t get my prescription filled it’s useless. ### 1/5 — Takes forever and status in line lies *2024-02-05* I have yet to use this app and get through to a provider in less than an hour. It even says the whole time “next in line” And I’ve never seen any other status there than that. I inquired with tech support during one of the waits and they said “there’s a bunch in front of you.” Oh yea? Then why say “next in line” When you should say “You are in the queue” or give an actual number? False hope. ### 1/5 — Garbage- Horrible Service *2022-11-14* This service is a total joke and waste of time. My family has done 3 different appointments now. Every single time is nothing, waited over an hour each time, one visit was 2.5hr wait and no doc ended up ever showing up. You wait and wait and the doc cancels and just keeps switching you to new docs that never show up. Finally get through and doc says I need see someone in person for my infant’s rash. What’s the point of wasting an hour for doc to say see someone else for a rash. That’s one of the symptoms they advertise as being able to use this service for!!!!! Would have been faster and more effective to just go to urgent care instead of using this app every single time now. Login is always a challenge. Latest update makes me scan a code. The code keeps coming up as unreadable on my 2nd device. Why would I need 2 devices for an app?
