Love the simplicity of this app. You can quickly and easily pick your workout and go! From there the UI is intuitive and informative both while you’re working out and the summary when you’re done. I use the armband device which is comfortable, long lasting armband and not bulky. Have tried a number of different devices and apps, this one is a winner!

This app is everything I look for in a fitness app. I personally don’t like the fitness watches but am also a numbers girl and like to see the work jotted down. Has all kinds of physical activities listed and I love that I can keep track of clients progress for long term goals. Would definitely recommend using it!
