I think it did that with the remote that came with it. I haven’t plugged it in any other outlets in the house, so imma try that. The scheduler also has a mind of its own because sometimes it won’t cut on or off when it’s time. It’ll also reset itself after so many times the light turned itself on. I don’t like that the remote doesn’t control, ya know? But it crashes constantly, and will become completely unusable for an hour or more at a time. If that gets fixed I’d be able to bump my review up a star or two. ### 1/5 — Bait and switch with the music feature *2022-11-21, version 1.0.2* The LED strip is easy to apply and all. The app false advertises the use of one’s personal music in sync with the lights. The app will want access to all of your music in device, it will load your library but never play any of your own music, only the few songs the app already has built in it. The mic is not synced. I left it in a quiet room and the activity was the same when it was in a noisy setting. I did like it until I had to go to bed and then my tv off then the light strip refused to turn off. The controller for it doesn’t work what so ever. Me and others have tried. Downloaded the app and that only changed the color once. If so, it seems to have been fixed. But I think what’s happening with many people is they think they should just be able to exit the app, play music, and it should work. That’s not how it works.
