I am trying to scan my QR code and it doesn’t focus at all and giving tech error all the time. The log in is also glitching and not allowing me to log in. Please fix the app!

1. der Kauf per Twint funktioniert nicht. Abgebucht wurde, aber App zeigt Fehler an und es gibt keine weiteren Infos außer, dass man kein Ticket mehr kaufen kann.
2. nach Kauf im Webshop wollte ich das Ticket in der App hinzufügen. Während des kaufvorgangs konnte ich die Identifizierung in der App per Telefonnummer wählen. In der App musste ich dann zusätzlich email Adresse (die beim Kauf nicht abgefragt wurde), plz und Geburtsdatum angeben. Zunächst wurde mir angezeigt, dass kein Ticket gefunden werden konnte. Daraufhin hinterlegte ich meine email Adresse online. Leider wird das Ticket weiterhin nicht gefunden. 

Das einzig positive bisher war der schnelle Kundenservice per Telefon. Habe keine Minute warten müssen. Leider muss ich jetzt ein 2. mal anrufen.

Since I updated the app, it’s not working anymore, as it crushes everytime I launch it. And my monthly travelcard is save in it. How am I supposed to prove I have one  when I am checked?!

The logo shows up, then the screen turns black and the app exits.

Having an absolute nightmare transferring my monthly U-Abo onto my iPhone !! 

Phoned customer support and they couldn’t assist and said I had to email customer support and their advice when it came doesn’t work 

Is there anyone able to sort out something that should be so simple ?

Man muss leider beim Transfer alles von Hand eingeben, der Barcode lässt sich nicht scannen. Auch dass das Geburtsdatum jedesmal aufs neue eingegeben werden muss ist wirklich nervig. 
Die Verifizierung dauert sehr lange, anscheinend arbeitet hier niemand am Wochenende. 
Auch nicht klar ist, was passiert wenn der Akku einmal leer ist. Ich hoffe man muss dann nicht jedes Mal 5 CHF zahlen.

Tolle Sache. Da hat sich endlich jemand etwas tolles einfallen lassen. Einfach in der Anwendung und einfach einzurichten.
