What are scenarios for in the app, you can’t do anything with them, what if you want your gates to shut at night automatically at a set time, just seems like basic functionality ? Es ähnelt eher einem Glücksspiel ob die App eine Verbindung aufbaut oder nicht. Neuerdings verliert die App sogar komplett den Zugang zum Gerät und ist dann funktionslos, als ob nie ein Gerät gekoppelt war. Auch ein Update, welches wieder Widgets auf dem aktuellen iOS ermöglicht fehlt. Gdybym wiedział że instalując płytkę która kosztowała ponad 600 zł będę miał zakłócenia przy użytkowaniu standardowego pilota skracając zasięg do 3 metrów od automatyki i na dodatek aplikacja pozwala mi sterować bramą raz na dziesięć razy nigdy nie zdecydował bym się za takie rozwiązanie… nie polecam ! Erratically reports weak/absent/strong WiFi signal, even when close to a hot spot that other devices consistently report as strong. ### 1/5 — Unzumutbar! *2024-09-14, version 1.6.4* Ich äußere meine persönliche Meinung nie in der Öffentlichkeit, jedoch muss ich zu dieser App ein paar Gedankengänge verlieren. Wir haben eine Toranlage im niedrigen fünfstelligen Bereich installieren lassen, somit ärgert uns die Nicht-Nutzbarkeit dieser App umso mehr. Vor dem Update hat die App wunderbar mit allen Features funktioniert und alle Familienmitglieder waren zufrieden. Seit dem Update ist diese App unbrauchbar. Keinerlei der diversen Lösungsansätze hat funktioniert und haben mehrfach mit dem Installateur gesprochen, jedoch sind wir keinen Millimeter voran gekommen. Update: APP JUST DECIDES IT DOESNT WANT TO WORK ANYMORE. FIX YOUR DAMN PRODUCT ### 1/5 — Useless application. *2026-03-28, version 1.6.4* NB! The recent version introduce a security issue - despite that application show “command not executed” gates could open later after 15-60 minutines by itselt. It seems to be command TTL issue. ### 1/5 — Pretty much useless *2026-01-24, version 1.6.4* App is ok….. when it works, which is very infrequent! Constant lottery if it will operate when you want and that’s before it reaches Christmas time when it logs you out every time you exit the app. I do not recommend! ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-01-20, version 1.6.4* Cannot even schedule open/close based on time ### 1/5 — Off-line *2026-01-02, version 1.6.4* Di punto in bianco l’app ha smesso di funzionare, difficoltà costante ad entrare nell’applicazione… I dati di accesso non restano memorizzati e bisogna compilare manualmente con id e password ed in più gli automatismi risultano all’interno dell’applicazione ma spesso risultano offline e quindi lo smartphone resta scollegato dagli automatismi registrati senza poterli utilizzare… App da migliorare ### 1/5 — Katastrophe *2025-12-28, version 1.6.4* Die App ist so etwas von unzuverlässig und schlecht gemacht. Sometimes I can’t log in, and often receive error message “command not executed” despite the gate controller being online and strong WiFi signal. It is intermittent at best - approx 40% of the time it works. Often get messages ‘command not executed’ - then after multiple refreshes, it occasionally works. We have excellent WIFI at the gate. Today - we have all been logged out of the app. We are unable to reset passwords, unable to log in - so as we only have 2 remotes and a family of 5 - we aren’t able to use our gate at all. App did not work. Few days ago garages opener stop display status. I decided logout and login again, but I could not do this. Reinstall application did not help. P.S. reset password also did not work. ### 5/5 — Ottima *2021-01-25, version 1.5* App che rispecchia quello che promette, personalmente non ho riscontrato nessun difetto, anzi, stupisce la reattività dei comandi (Apri, Stop, Chiudi), Sicuramente il fatto che la scheda EBeba sia connessa ad una rete Fibra aiuta parecchio a velocizzare i comandi. Installazione effettuata senza troppe difficoltà. Per me vale 5 stelle anche se la sezione automazioni potrebbe essere migliorata, dovrebbe ad esempio permettere di impostare orari di apertura e chiusura (comodo nel caso di attività commerciali) Complimenti ### 5/5 — O aplicație foarte buna . *2019-12-24, version 1.4* Dacă citești Instrucțiunile te descurci de minune.
