Thankfully this works flawlessly, and my fingers are crossed this continues to get updated so I can access my photos through my phone. ### 2/5 — It kinda works, sort of *2026-01-28* It’s awkward to navigate, and doesn’t work on my iPad, but it does work on my iphone ### 4/5 — It works on iPhone 11 *2025-11-22* It works with my iPhone- I didn’t read the instructions much, I googled them and also had to adjust privacy settings on my photos to allow Udisk access so I can copy them to the external hard drive (the Techkey three-way thumb drive). So I gave it limited access so I can see how it works and you just hit the plus sign in the external drive, it lets you select which photos to copy from your internal drive (on your phone), and hit done and it copies the photos to the external drive. So you can delete the photos that you saved from your phone to free up space on your phone. ### 1/5 — No go for iPhone *2025-10-16* No customer support to trouble shoot problems. Can’t read iPhone internal files. I can add files to this and then read those files but I need to download docs, not pictures, to the device. Worst disappointment is that i emailed support with questions and have not received a reply. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-07-24* After deciphering the ambiguous, teeny instructions, I plugged the U disk drive into my iPhone but the app couldn’t find it. I pushed it harder, I took it out and turned it over, I cleaned it but I had just removed it from its packaging and it was new. Nothing.
