พนักงานส่งรถพูดจา bully รูปลักษณ์ลูกค้าได้ยังไง พอโทรไป complaint ก็มีหัวหน้าพนักงานโทรกลับมา แต่เหมือนไม่เต็มใจ พูดแบบมีคนบอกให้โทรมา ไม่มีขอโทษหรือกล่าวอื่นใด แล้วระหว่างการสนทนาก็ยังไม่ได้รู้สึกสำนึก ยังโต้เถียงกลับมาอีก

I’ve been using U Drink I Drive service for some years and it’s always been useful. But the app has always been terrible. Buggy, crashes etc. It used to have a terrible bug where everything would be in English until the confirmation screen which was in Thai and the highlighted button was cancel! Who thought that was good UI ??
With the recent update I can’t even log in. It won’t accept what I’m pretty sure is my password. Go to forgot my password, follow the email links (one of which leads to a web page with code on it and a no text formatting) and receive a 6 digit new code. That doesn’t work and the app ends up in an internal loop of half logging in and then saying bad user token, logging out and then trying again. I tried deleting and going through the process again, exactly the same thing. So they are now going to miss out on my business. You need to hire a new development team.

The driver did not tell me that I have to move at that time so i have to spend for the extra 300 thb. He knows that I gonna be late but did not warn me very sad. If he told me at the beginning I can manage our meeting. 😅. Anyway, this business I think it is quite good for the thai society to deliver all the safety. So we just ignore the extra 👍🏻

กดจองเรียกล่วงหน้าไปตอนเที่ยงคืน แต่เหมือนระบบมีปัญหาอะไรก็ไม่รู้ ทั้งคนขับไม่รู้เวลาที่จองในแอพและระบบหลังบ้านก็ไม่รู้เวลาจอง  รอบแรกเกิดปัญหาเวลาจองก็ยังคิดว่าเรากดผิดหรือเปล่า แต่เีที่รอบแรกแคปหน้าจอไว้ แค่รอบสองที่ใช้บริการจำได้ว่ากดจองวันและเวลาถูกแน่ๆ เพราะช่วยกันดูกับแฟน แต่ทาง udrinkidrive ก็ยังพลาดเรื่องเวลาการจองของลูกค้าเหมือนเดิม คงไม่มีรอบ 3 แล้วค่ะ ควรพัฒนาแอพใหม่ ให้ขึ้นประวัติกาาจองหลังจากจองเสร็จ หรืออันที่เคยใช้บริการ
