オンラインでスマホを利用してリアルタイムでカメラの画像が見られるのはとても良い。
イベントの報告まではスマホで受信できますがイベントの画像は見ることができません。設定は問題ないと思いますがソフト側の問題でしょうか？

This old camera is okay, better ones out today.  The app USED to give me alerts if someone or something came near the cameras which was a plus for the cameras, but for some reason it stopped giving alerts.
  I deleted the app than reinstalled, made sure notifications were on and then rebooted the camera etc. Just does not want to give alerts anymore and the time it takes just to get a look at one camera takes forever to load on my phone.

本体を購入し、出先でスマホから見ることができると書いてあり、アプリをダウンロードしました。しかし、スマホからWi-Fi接続時のみ見ることができましたが、映像はトビトビでカメラに出ている秒数が30秒以上変化なしが普通です。ハッキリ言って使えません。Wi-Fi接続時という事で自宅でのみ視聴可能であり、モニターを見るより遥かに劣るカクカクして静止画かと思うくらい、ラグの凄いアプリです。ただ、画質はキレイで通知は必ず来るというだけです。通知来ても出先で見れないから意味ない！

I have model UDR744 security cameras from Uniden that I purchased from BJ’s Wholesale Club about five years ago. It came with two cameras and a monitor and I purchased two additional cameras separately. Everything worked fine until about a year ago when I couldn’t see the cameras in the app. They work locally from home, just not over the internet. Contacted customer service who was useless. I will now be getting rid of these cameras and adding Ring models to go with my doorbell. Very disappointed that Uniden stopped updating the app. Stay away from this company. Customer service has gone downhill over the years. Another company that suffered from the Covid-19 pandemic. RIP Uniden!!!!

So my cameras are still functioning but your app doesn’t seem to be working with it anymore no support at all. Are we just supposed to throw them away even though they function. I think it calls for a law suit for not holding your end of the deal. I purchased you keep it running by updating software.

Unidenへ問合せもしたのに、AIが書いたような回答で目立った改善案無し。
外出先ではほとんど繋がらず、何のために高い金を払ったのか謎。
このレビューの星数を見てから買うべきだった。時すでに遅し。
カメラ自体が悪いわけでは無いが、アプリはゴミ以下。無い方がマシでは。

I cannot rewind or fast forward recorded videos. The little round button doesn’t work. I cannot move it in either direction. 
I have to watch the entire video in order to find what caused the motion detection to go off. 
Very frustrating !!

再生できない。以前から再生中に画面がおちたり再生しにくいことがあったのですが、録画を15秒から30秒に変えたところ携帯では真っ暗の画面で全く再生できなくなりました。早くアップデートしてほしいです

Sept 2016-I've used this app to monitor our cameras for over a year.  Today's update will allow the app to open but it crashes when selecting any camera.

This App is great!! I can see my front porch live from my smartphone, I can also hear & respond to visitors without going to my front door.  The only thing I wish this app could do, is when the notification message is sent to your cell phone alerting you someone is in front of the camera it would show the person.  But other then that, it’s a great app!

This app does a nice job alerting when there are movements. Relatively few false alarms, which was a major issue with other apps. 

The major problem I see this app having is that there is no audio on playback of alerts. This needs to be fixed. That is quite an essential feature. 

Also, you can either talk from the app to the camera, or listen to the camera, but not both. There needs to be a way to do both at the same time.

Not sure why some have issues with the app but for me it has worked flawlessly.  I've had it installed for a couple of weeks now and it's a great app.  Easy to use and performs as advertised.  I get alerts to my phone when the motion detection is triggered, easy to access remotely when away from home.  The only drawback I have seen is the web based customer service isn't very robust if you want to look at FAQ's, etc.

カメラ設置していない3を押してから2を押すと映る。
あと、録画されたものがここ数日再生できず、画面がずっと暗いままなのでアップデートしてください。
