## What is U Hydrogen Connect?

U Hydrogen is the companion app for U Hydrogen devices. It helps you connect, check device status, manage everyday settings, and reach support from your phone.

• View connection status and current device information
• Manage runtime and panel-related settings
• Record and review HQ activity summaries
• Browse Q&A based on your device and product line
• Receive filter replacement reminders and practical notifications
• Scan a device barcode to identify supported equipment
• Send a support report with a description, contact details, photos, or a short video
• Use the app in Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese

Bluetooth access is needed to find and connect to nearby devices. Camera access is needed for barcode scanning. Attachments in a support report are used to register and follow up on a device issue; they are not a repair or return-service request.
