U LINK เป็นเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับศิษย์เก่าของสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศไทย โดยสมาชิกผู้ใช้สามารถรับทราบความเคลื่อนไหวจากสถาบันการศึกษา คณะ สมาคมศิษย์เก่า หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง สมาชิกสามารถโพสความเคลื่อนไหวให้กับเพื่อนร่วมสถาบันได้ นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถเรียกดูและค้นหาเพื่อนเพื่อติดต่อผ่านระบบแชท นอกจากยังมีสิทธิพิเศษสำหรับสมาชิกในการใช้บริการด้านต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าและบริการของศิษย์ของแต่ละสถาบันอีกช่องทางหนึ่ง
