However, when I attempted to log in again, I kept receiving an error message after entering my password. After three attempts, my account was locked. I am now being instructed to visit the nearest Western Union branch, which is very inconvenient. It’s frustrating because I trusted the platform to handle my money safely. The machine failed, but the system still took my money. And now I'm the one who has to wait 10–15 banking days, maybe longer if they delay. Honestly, the process feels one-sided — it leaves me without my funds or options in the meantime. You have to go to the branch to claim remittance if it go over the transacton limit! And you cant even request to increase the amount per transaction limit! I tried to receive money, but the MTCN didn’t work; it says error. This app is so irritating and disappointing.
