Tapos wala ng points na narereceived. So hindi ko na din to gagamitin kasi wala ng used kasi kaya to ginagamit ko dahil nagkakapoints ako naiipon yung points ko. Tapos ang mahal ng transfer fee. Kaya feeling ko pra maitransfer na yung pera na lang kesa ibayad sa credit card bill or bills. ### 1/5 — Unauthorized Error *2023-01-30, version 3.0.32* Hello can u please help me? I transferred my money thru this app to send money to my family but after trying for like 3 times, it automatically logged out and cant log back in. It says “unauthorized” how can u help me with this, there is still money on my account. This is beyond frustrating at this point. ### 1/5 — Frustrating Registration process *2022-10-12, version 3.0.29* Keeps Hanging on 2nd page of registration process. Date field is rediculous as the calendar closes everytime you select the month or year. Face detection in registration process is slow and they will advise you to retry again and again and again because the app captured blurry pic. ### 1/5 — Account Verification / Signing Up *2022-09-24, version 3.0.29* I find it too complicated for account verification upon signing up. I tried for 3 times and each and every attempt they have a lot of concerns. Keep calm, wait for a few minutes and try again” although I have good signal :( ### 2/5 — Always crashes *2022-03-30, version 2.0.25* It has been very convenient to use but now it always crashes. I would have to log in numerous times before I could process a transaction. It would be nice if your customer service was responsive, but no. As well as the in-app chat support is not responsive and ask you the same question over and over again but no resolution. Fix this and give me my money back if you don’t mind. I don’t know what happened. I contacted their customer service, i even emailed them, but there’s no action. However, when I attempted to log in again, I kept receiving an error message after entering my password. After three attempts, my account was locked. I am now being instructed to visit the nearest Western Union branch, which is very inconvenient. Please advise on how this can be resolved online. ### 1/5 — Cannot verify *2025-11-02, version 4.0.21* Bad app They keep asking me for additional verification information when I've already given them right and correct ones. Despite that, they keep asking me to redo all the information that I provided. Fix this. ### 1/5 — Can’t add Bank Details for deposit transactions *2025-08-03, version 4.0.16* I tried so many times to uninstall/install the new app version, but still can’t add this feature when doing a cash-in. It kept saying I have a possible existing account but when I tried logging in, it says I’m not registered. So I tried using another mobile number for new account creation but I kept receiving the same error. I already contacted support, and they can’t find any existing records and was bot helpful at all. Such BS! ### 1/5 — I AM SO FRUSTRATED NOW!! *2025-04-11, version 4.0.11* I filed a complaint about withdrawing money in a Pito AxM platform at a 7/11 store here in Tagum. I do not have any issuing bank because my money is within USSC platform. You guys should refund my money. I cannot wait for 10-15 days to get this issue resolved! It’s frustrating because I trusted the platform to handle my money safely. The machine failed, but the system still took my money. And now I'm the one who has to wait 10–15 banking days, maybe longer if they delay. Honestly, the process feels one-sided — it leaves me without my funds or options in the meantime. I'm starting to doubt USSC's services now. I have been a loyal customer since 2022. This could be the least that you can do for a loyal customer. ### 1/5 — better to show the information in app’s history *2025-02-16, version 4.0.7* They couldn’t provide the transaction information in history, they couldn’t provide the informations like the reciever account number etc!!! ### 1/5 — Disappointing per transation limit *2025-01-18, version 4.0.7* Expecting a hassle free transactions but when they decresed the transaction per limit it became very disappointing. You have to go to the branch to claim remittance if it go over the transacton limit! And you cant even request to increase the amount per transaction limit! Now its useless! ### 1/5 — ERRORS *2024-06-12, version 4.0.0* Oh my gosh! It's so frustrating! At first, this app was working well, but now every type of transaction results in errors. I tried to receive money, but the MTCN didn’t work; it says error. This app is so irritating and disappointing. Imagine your calling costumer service it always hang up. In terms of receiving money you can’t transact. Its not cool. You better shot down your app bring back the old one.
