Application U-NAI เป็นเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชนในการสืบค้น แจ้งเบาะแส เพิ่มเติมและติดตามสถานะคนหายที่ได้ดำเนินการแจ้งไว้ อีกทั้งยังเป็นเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในการเผยแพร่ สืบค้น ติดตามสถานะและอัพเดทข้อมูลคนหาย คนนิรนาม และศพนิรนาม โดยเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบฐานข้อมูลกลางในการจัดเก็บและสืบค้นข้อมูลบุคคลสูญหายและพิสูจน์ศพนิรนาม เพื่อรองรับการนำเข้าและสืบค้นข้อมูลจากประชาชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งสามารถเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในการติดตามคนหาย คนนิรนาม และการพิสูจน์ศพนิรนาม เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่เป็นที่นิยมอย่างแพร่หลาย มีประสิทธิภาพสูง ขนาดเล็กกะทัดรัดการพกพา อีกทั้งยังสามารถถ่ายรูปและเป็นอุปกรณ์ระบุตำแหน่งโดยใช้ชิพ GPS ดังประสิทธิภาพระบบฐานข้อมูลกลางในการจัดเก็บและสืบค้นบุคคลสูญหายและพิสูจน์ศพนิรนาม ให้สามารถใช้ผ่าน Mobile Application ซึ่งเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชนและเจ้าหน้าที่ฏิบัติงานในการสืบค้น ติดตามสถานะ และอัพเดทข้อมูลคนหาย คนนิรนาม และศพนิรนาม พร้อมทั้งเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคนหาย คนนิรนามและศพนิรนามให้ประชาชนได้รับทราบ
