Иногда приложение не работает, пишет вверху экрана «Восстановление соединения», при том, что сеть и интернет есть, и невозможно совершить никакое действие, ни постановку на охрану, ни снятие
Иногда не отображает датчики и кнопку частичной постановки на охрану

Приложение выдает, что устройство недоступно. Я позвонила в охранную компанию, там все работает, в приложении не работает, не могу ни снять с охраны, ничего остального. Я проживаю в другой стране, как я должна отслеживать теперь активность - неизвестно.

Не відображає звʼязок з пристроєм. Порадили вийти і зайти знову. Вийшла. Зайти не можу. Пароль не вірний. Відновити пароль не можливо, так як «підозріла активність» 
Нічим не можуть допомогти ні в охоронній компанії ні на емейлах. 
При теперішніх реаліях відключень світла це взагалі супер!
