The app’s password stopped working and I can’t login. I’ve tried working with customer support and it still will not work. How many passwords do I need for ATT accounts? And why so difficult for a cable service provider, will someone hack me and erase my recordings?

…these “rave” reviews were legitimate.
…my U-verse didn’t stall, stutter, black out, and freeze constantly—and NEVER during commercials.
…the value/quality/service was worth the gold I have to pay to have U-verse.
…the FCC took a hard look at these telecom monopolies—prices would fall dramatically and quality would increase.
…we were allowed equally competitive competition—only “subcontractors” are allowed to operate within “districts.”
…AT&T were has “concerned” about their cell coverage, rate limiting (but you have to”5G!!!”), and call quality as they are about a useless app like this one.

Frustrating to be kicked out of the app every 3 to 5 minutes. It use to work without any problems but now it only happens on my iOS tablet and iPhone. Works without a problem with my Tablet but only until I used an older version of the app. Otherwise, the same thing was happened with my Android tablet and phone. PLEASE FIX!

The U-Verse app would be functionally fine if not for the product failure of literally ‘always crashes’ (as noted in several other recent reviews). For 6+ months the app always crashes every 4-5 minutes on my old iPhone (restricted to iOS 15.x). Now, for 4+ months, the app suffers (as do I and apparently a lot of your customers) with the same ‘always crashes’ on my new iPad (current-auto-updates).

This App used to work well. However, since February 2026, it has been trash. The app crashes after 5-10 minutes of live streaming. And before anyone says I need the most recent iOS update, that has nothing to do with it. Both my iPad and iPhone are up to date. It’s an issue with the App. Please get this fixed.
