需要蓝牙连接，而且有时候连接上真的很困难，等好久一直显示启动中。然后客服也不搞个线上的，只能打电话，学生洗衣服好多都是晚上，客服电话好像是直接设的维修工人的，打了三个电话，一个没接，第二个挂了，第三个才接。其实也能理解，毕竟比较晚了，也得休息，但是平台这方面不可以完善一下嘛，搞个线上的客服处理一下。
