平台故障我同一个预定订单先后被两个司机接单，我和前一个司机均未取消订单却被第二个司机接到了，然后到预定时间当天竟然冒出第三、四个司机来打电话确认我这一单的时间，还试图假装是同一个车主。客服不承认问题或者是根本没有智商理解问题，偷换概念，要求删除账号也不予受理。

One of my scheduled orders (my number,time, and location) was leaked to four drivers. Kept receiving their calls and had to cancel the order and fled early to be safe. Customer service is a joke and a gaslighter.

如果你有倖讀到本評論，恭喜你，我是認真寫的，並不是那些刷好評的機器人。我作為前司機負責任的講一句，Udi平臺太垃圾，黑心商家拖欠司機押金找各種理由，而且不是一個人，很多司機都來表達憤慨，可平臺死豬不怕開水燙，將無恥繼續到底，就是拖欠押金你能奈我何。
大家可以搜一下在大溫哥華地區以Udi平臺為代表的公司有很多，而且上過英文媒體的報導，專門接收中國人乘客，司機，拒絕服務西人等，口碑很差。
我在其他平臺比如卡布做過送餐，也交過押金200刀，但是一年後我不做的時候把裝備送回到公司，他們很正常的就把押金當场退回。這是良心合法正規公司。Udi連公司在哪你都不知道，客服只會假裝推給財務，總之各種理由拖欠司機押金。
這樣無恥的商家我必須站出來講出來，祝貴平臺早日倒閉。
人無信而不立 業無信而不興！

The experience... Driver arrived in 20 min.  He did not refuse the fare from UBC to surrey. The trip was paid via credit card stored under the account. Driver arrived in a Lexus which matched photo. License plate matched the hailed car. At end of ride, could rate the experience.
