U+원격지원 서비스란, 고객이 서비스 이용 중 문제가 발생하면 서비스 제공 기업의 전문 상담사가 고객의 PC 또는 모바일 기기에 원격으로 접속하여 해결해 줄 수 있도록 솔루션을 제공하는 서비스입니다.
