## What is UA VORTEX?

The UA Vortex app was developed by the Center for Advanced Public Safety as part of the University of Alabama's ongoing research project titled  "Human Behavior Before, During, and After Severe Weather Events: In-Situ Observations in the U.S. Southeast."
