The UAE PASS app opens normally, but when I reach the PIN entry screen, the keypad becomes completely unresponsive. Tapping the PIN numbers does nothing, and I cannot log in. I have already tried the following: • Restarted the iPhone. • Reinstalled the UAE PASS app. • Updated to the latest iOS version (26.5.2). • Reset network settings. • Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data. • Checked all app permissions. • Tried different DNS settings. The problem persists, while the touchscreen works normally in all other apps. This appears to be an app-specific touch/input issue. Could you please investigate whether this is a compatibility issue with ios 26.5.2 or the iPhone 17 Pro Max (Japan version)? If there are any known fixes or diagnostic steps, I would appreciate your assistance. It’s using American format even when scanning non American passport!! The format is wrong so the date is wrong and there’s no way to edit or correct it!!!!! Please fix it as it’s the only way to login to UAE service websites! ### 1/5 — Waste *2026-04-26* Why do you guys publish an App which is not working? Location Services is not available for this App, because of which unable to use this App to buy a du SIM card. Everytime when I authenticate from du website or du app, the notification is not coming in UAE PASS app. When I refresh the UAE PASS app homepage then I get the notification from du.
