And when I want to send a message to app support it sends me directly to the Ashford website. So now the pluses; majority of staff are welcoming and helpful, multiple types of learning is applied and a diverse experience in each class. Would I recommend this school, yes because I’ve gone to other online programs and never got the assistance like I do here. To get a five star review the app needs to be seamless and fluid all in one app not 3 or 4 like it is currently. #leansix ### 2/5 — Crashes *2017-02-11, version 2.5.2* Site crashes when trying to upload photo. ### 4/5 — The App needs help, right now! *2016-11-06, version 2.5.1* This is normally a great app, however it's still buggy, after the update. There are so many things that could be updated. For example, it would be great to be able to take quizzes on my tablet. That should be basic. There is potential if someone would just take the time to look at this app. I feel like this app was wanted, someone created it and then never looked at it again. When I tried to log back in, I continuously received an Authentication error - LMS unavailable. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app but it still does the same. This has been an issue for several months now. It's frustrating! Please fix! ### 3/5 — Not Fully Optimized of iOS *2015-12-04* I like the app and for the most part I am able to get basic things done. There is room for improvement. We should be able to take quizzes in the app and view all videos from the weekly overview within the app as well. It took me 30 minutes to convince them that I didn't have a Samsung tablet. Not sure how can make the words Apple iPad any more clear. Next I spent a hour on hold and being told to download the Ashford app and an app that had nothing to do with Ashford. ### 1/5 — Sub-par at best *2014-07-10* The keyboard alone is enough to drive you crazy, if you back space more then 2 spaces then it automatically capitalizes the next letter you type. It doesn't automatically capitalize "I" when you type it. It is hard to move the curser around if you want to go back in your writing without deleting and it is very difficult to highlight a word for spellcheck. It also fails to show all the weekly assignments. At this point the app is only good to read others discussion topics or make a quick response. ### 1/5 — Not working *2013-11-04, version 2.3.19* Not sure what the deal is but the app is no longer working? Gives a LMS error. Was an awesome app, very intuitive and helpful for online school goers. That doesn't really help if the app can't open. At this point the application is useless because it's not pulling up nothing but the course description. Pleas fix this ASAP!!! ### 5/5 — Useful on-the-go *2013-11-05* This application is useful to contact my instructors review pertinent information on my student acct. I enjoy that I can review the discussions and responses from my classes, it is as if I am sitting in front of a PC. The only negative is I am unable to turn in an assignment, then again I can email my instructor my assignment. Sometimes I receive problems of unable to login by "Lms unavailable". (whatever that means) and when I set my studen profile photo it resets to nothing but other than that, I find it really useful compared to having nothing. ### 5/5 — GREAT App!!! *2013-10-07, version 2.3.19* I use this app all the time to submit and review my posts. The discussion threads and overall interface looks much better. All I wish is the ability to take quizzes within the app- that would truly make this app 100% functional for iPad students who don't want to switch to a laptop to take a quiz.
