It helps me keep track of when I've gone in the past (so I can remember when I'm due), who I saw, and it shows all of their availability. It also sends me reminders so I don't forget. But the fact that we can’t cancel appointments the day of for whatever reasons really makes this app a 3/5. For instance if I have a hair appointment today I can’t cancel it due to ____, which holds the slot at the salon. Should be able to cancel at anytime I want. Update the app and I’ll change my rating. Deleted the app after several attempts to change passwords, emails, contacting help center. Absolutely one of the worst apps I’ve ever had the displeasure using. Will no longer use after this experience ### 1/5 — Useless! *2020-10-18* I booked an appointment for a date by mistake and there is no way to cancel or alter on the app! Feels like a way to trap you into a booking. Fix that ASAP.
