## What is UAP Finder?

Mount your phone facing the night sky and let UAP Finder do the watching.

UAP Finder continuously analyzes the camera feed and records short video clips ONLY when it detects real motion — a satellite streak, a fast-moving light, or something stranger. No more hours of empty sky footage: you get just the moments that matter, each saved with rich metadata so you can review, share, and back up your sightings.

HOW IT WORKS
• Point your phone at the sky and tap "Start watching the sky"
• The detection engine models the background sky and ignores stars and slow drift
• A physics-based speed gate flags objects moving at satellite speed or faster
• On detection, a full-quality video clip is recorded automatically
• Every event is saved with a snapshot, timestamps, and motion analysis

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• Maneuver detection — flags objects that change direction mid-flight, something no satellite or aircraft can do
• Nothing is discarded — every trigger is kept; classification only suggests a label
• Motion metrics with every event: angular speed, path straightness, sharpest turn, duration, and peak brightness
• Location, compass heading, and elevation angle recorded for credibility
• Adjustable sensitivity to match your sky conditions
• Built-in video player and easy sharing of captured clips
• Storage-friendly: delete a detection and every file goes with it

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
UAP Finder works completely offline. Your clips, snapshots, and location data are stored only on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
• Use a tripod or lean the phone against something steady — a still camera is a happy camera
• Dark, clear skies work best; the detector locks exposure to reduce false triggers
• Keep the screen on and plugged in for long sessions

Clear skies, and happy hunting.
