This app is the reason that I will be closing my account with United Bank. Multiple error messages when trying to transfer from checking to auto loan. Sometimes double payments due to getting an error  message only to see that both errors went through. Call the bank and they say send me a screenshot of the error. Not my job… you should be providing me with satisfactory customer service… not me trying to prove that it was an app error.

I can’t seem to get into my account no matter what I do.  It’d be nice to know what’s coming in and out of my account without having to go to the back 8-430

One star is too much praise for this PATHETIC excuse for an app. It is always down, and on the rare occasion that it does work, it is so SLOW. United Bank should be ashamed for using such a shoddy product. Your customers deserve BETTER!

I didn’t download this app to have to sign in every time there’s an update. I use Face ID because I don’t want to keep up with the passwords and usernames.

I have to constantly keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to access to the log in page and when I inquire about it I am told someone is working on it.It will work for a few times and then stop.
