Kur perpiqesh te “vazhdosh” pasi ke futur kredencialet app-i thjesht nuk merr komande sado here ta shtypesh. Duhet pare me prioritet se eshte goxha problem mos jesh ne gjendje ta monitorosh llogarine ne distance per shkak se nuk funks aplikacioni.

Union Bank doesn’t understand the concept of simplicity and ‘make it work first time’.
Useless app, can’t reset passwords (unless you want to grow a beard waiting for it to arrive!)

It’s the worst bank application I’ve seen. So hard to see the bank statement in the app. It shows random transfers. The closing and opening balance doesn’t match with the amount in this statement. Please, work on your application!

everytime i open the app i have to login again and again, sometimes it doesn’t even take my credentials through.
It’s very unresponsive and sluggish also.
Would definitely want some improvements in the login interface.

Full control and very easy to login with face id or fingerprint 
Using it on both platforms Android and iOS device. Extremely fast and responsive
