If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1.      UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2.      UBA Secure Pass
3.      USSD PIN
4.      Activation Code Only (limited access)
5.      In-branch activation
 
If you do not have a UBA account
1.      Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2.      Select "Open an Account"
3.      Choose your preferred account type
4.      Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5.      Conclude your signup process
6.      Start Banking

This app has a tendency to not work at least 2 days each month. And recently it hasn’t worked for the last week. It is very disappointing that one if the biggest banks in Nigeria can’t have a working bank app and always dealing with technical issues

I don’t know why a bank will basically render and old app obsolete and create a new app that cannot be used. Why not just release updates on the old app? This new app has been the worse thing that has happened to my banking experience… to make matters worse, I haven’t even been able to access my account for over 24hrs. No communications about a downtime or anything like that.  Dey terrible app, and a very terrible bank…
