There seems to be a huge disconnect between the intention of the bank and user experience. I would recommend that UBA simply buys one of the on the shelf e-token apps out there. I don’t understand why UBA will disable my ability to make large transactions without prior notice and then ask me to download a non-functional app for secure token. I tried to set it up but it failed to recognize my used ID even after I was assured at a UBA customer service bank branch that it would work.
