Crashes are few and far between. Developer help is good. Hate the lag from sound and video, BUT very happy overall. ### 4/5 — Baby monitor app *2014-02-25* One of the best apps I've seen so far. The quality and easy use interface is great. I would recommend this to any new parents or even those with some parenting time under their belt due to the ease of monitoring your children. I would give this app five, however I am bumped off occasionally. Not sure if that is the app or my wi-fi. They have been unhelpful in assisting us in fixing the problem! They were rude and acted like we were making it up. The following apps do: --FoscamPro; and --IP Camera Viewer. I guess it's too bad for me. ### 1/5 — Can't have audio on more than 1 camera at a time *2016-08-25* You can look at multiple cameras at a time, but as far as I can tell, you can only listen to one camera at a time. This is no good for night monitoring of two kids in 2 different rooms. So basically I'm out 5 bucks now. ### 1/5 — Reconfig my camera *2013-11-29* A review? Don't mind if I do! This piece of junk app reconfigured my camera and rebooted it. Then nothing would connect to the camera (not even the setup app for the camera which was connected minutes before). Whatever this app did, it changed the admin password (which it asks you for in it's camera setup) so I was unable to login to the camera. I had to factory reset the camera and go through the setup process again. There are other apps out there that do what this one does. I would absolutely not use it, or anything by that company. If it's a glitch in this version of the app, it's one Hell of a glitch! ### 1/5 — Consistently Crashes *2013-11-18* Very disappointed. Support could not help. They were a bit dismissive in fact. The app continues to crash every single time and within seconds. The sound fails to turn on lots of the time and sometimes the video will freeze on old images. This one works the best. Other apps don't support audio for my cameras or don't keep the audio open when the phone is locked. This one does both.
