It keeps crashing and doesn’t want to let in into my own damn account. It’s declining everything just for me to have to go back and authorize making it inconvenient when trying to purchase simple things like gas or food. I don’t really use the app much but when I do it’s to make a deposit. This is my only complaint and it’s been this way for awhile. The deposits are not instant, and they should be. I have been with HSB now U Bank for 30+ years and my deposit should be done instantly. I deposit the same check, same amount every month. I also bank with USAA and U Bank should really shadow them bc they have it down. All checks I deposit with USAA go through immediately. ### 5/5 — New updates are great! *2019-05-22, version 18.4.62* Solid Mobile Banking app. Clean, easy to use, and the new updates with the rebrand have enhanced my mobile banking experience. It seems to go down every so often but has never caused much issue for me. I rarely ever go to an actual branch location for banking so having a fully functional mobile option with quick mobile deposit, internal/external transfers, and bill management that works well is very important to me, and this app delivers on just about all categories. Would prefer integration with Apple Pay though, but that may be more of an account/debit card thing.
