That’s the best in the market. I have been with Ubank since 2019 and have been saving enjoying interest ever since. Also those customers are bogus, they just cash in on referral bonus and if not get it, they yap and complain. Stay away from Reddit!! You finally did round ups. Plus does not pay any interest at he end of the month if you with draw from it. We had 200k saved with them for years a were getting good interest. They refused to answer any questions or explain why. Rude staff. Left without funds for over a week where I ended up reporting the events to the Financial Ombudsmen and had account unlocked. Transferred my funds out straight away and closed all accounts. I live in Australia, signed up with my passport, my credit score is fine. I was just trying to open a joint account with my partner. It tells you basically nothing about why it’s not possible. I called UBank and they said they can’t help and I was basically completely out of luck. They can’t even see why it failed. I tried to escalate and they said I couldn’t. I have no way of knowing what went wrong and nothing tells you and you can apparently never sign up again. Edit: they tell you to message their Facebook team with a reference number and their Facebook team can’t even look it up.
