UBDrive is the ultimate reception tool for every garage. It’s the easiest way to register quickly and completely the automotive services requested by the driver, standing in front of his or her car. 

Make ad hoc pictures with your iPad and synchronize all the structured information is in real-time with the UBench Cloud and … your Dealer Management Application.

UBDrive is what every modern car dealer needs, the Receptionist puts all your driver requests at your fingertips.

 

Features
Paperless and standardized reception of service requests standing next to the driver, in front of the car.

Pictures are taken with the iPad camera and are respectively linked to the requested repairs and services (no need for camera import and manual linking of pictures with repairs).

Service request form can by signed by the driver on the iPad.

UBDrive uses wireless communication for instant access to the UBench Cloud: customer and car information and for real-time sharing of driver’s service request information.

 

UBench Cloud
All the content of the registered services and the vehicle and customer data, as well as all photographs, are archived in the UBench Cloud and accessible anywhere at any time by the garage and his customers. 

Via the UBench Cloud all the information can be exchanged in real-time with the dealer management system: no transcription, no communication errors.
