Last one the car just did not work and I could not use it - so I had to reshuffle my entire day Not only their cars are dirty / not maintained properly but the customer support just does care This is an awful experience, really bad service - I am rushing to find a competitor and delete the app. ### 1/5 — What? *2020-07-12, version 3.23.0* App for Italy and France only but services are available in other cities like Barcelona, how are we supposed to use it? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-12-08, version 3.19.0* The app simply doesn’t work.
